The World's First Mathematical Railway! 

There are 12 sections of train tracks. Your task is to construct the railways correctly. However, with each of the 40 graded puzzles you'll need to solve maths puzzles and use logical deduction to work out what goes where. The best bit? Once you've completed the puzzle, the wind-up train will go speeding around your solution! 

Each train section is numbered.  Each puzzle in the booklet will give you a ‘target number’ which you have to reach in order to solve the puzzle. In Levels 1, 3 and 4, you must reach the target number by adding together the numbers on the tiles. In Level 2 you must subtract the smaller numbers from the largest number to reach the target number.

Once you've identified the correct sections of track, exercise those visual processing centres to construct a complete circuit, wind up the train and watch it go!

Great for developing logical deduction, numeracy, sequencing, spatial awareness an visual perception.

In addition to solving all of the puzzles, younger puzzlers can also come up with their own creations and watch the train go round the tracks.
