A new take on multiplication flash cards. It’s a deeper, more connected, more visual way to learn, so you understand what the equations mean, as well as how to get the right answer. Multiplication By Heart takes advantage of the science of memory to make sure you’re actually getting the facts down, accurately and quickly. Also including games, puzzles, and explorations to take the learning further.

The set comprises three decks of cards (a total of 162 cards) with different visual representations of calculations, a guided practice spinner and the box includes pockets for sorting the cards as they are mastered.  A clear and visual instruction leaflet explains how to use the cards daily to slowly build mastery of multiplication.

In short daily practice, cards can be moved back in the box if you get the correct answer, or returned to the start if the answer is wrong. Start with the simplest calculations and gradually add more as confidence builds. The spinner supplied makes it easy to know which cards to practice each day.

Once all the cards are in the 'mastered' pocket at the bak of the box they can be used for free play. The instructions also outline mini games to 'unlock' as more cards are mastered and you could even come up with your own!
