Delivery
Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch your orders same or next working day. During very busy periods this may take longer.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. As standard, Free Delivery over £30 orders will be shipped using Royal Mail second class, but heavy or bulky orders may be sent via other couriers.
Upgrades are available at checkout to Royal Mail 1st Class or a next day courier (which will depend on the size of the parcel).
Products may exceptionally be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery Time Estimates
The following delivery aims apply to different postage options but can take longer.
Royal Mail 2nd Class: Delivery aim 2-3 working days. Considered lost after 13 working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class: Delivery aim 1 working day. Considered lost after 11 working days.
Next Day Courier: Guaranteed next working day delivery after dispatch. To be dispatched no later than next working day.
Delivery Tracking
You will receive a shipping notification on dispatch from info@steamrocket.co.uk. If you do not receive this, as a first step, please check email filters, but we are always happy to answer any queries on info@steamrocket.co.uk.
If your order is sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class you will receive a tracking number but Royal Mail only scan these parcels on delivery. Until they are delivered you will see the message: 'An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item'.
Collection
We offer free collection in person from Hove, East Sussex. Use code I-WILL-COLLECT at checkout. A collection time needs to be arranged in advance. Once you have placed your order, please email us on info@steamrocket.co.uk.
Packaging
In order to minimise our environmental impact, we will reuse packaging where ever possible. We only buy recyclable packaging but will reuse plastic packaging/packing we have received.
Shipping Costs & Locations
Standard U.K. shipping costs £2.95 for orders under £30, or FREE for orders of £30 or over.
We are currently only shipping to the UK, but if you want an item shipped elsewhere, drop us an email on info@steamrocket.co.uk and we will let you know a price if it is possible.
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. While we endeavour to maintain accurate stock levels, in exceptional circumstances if an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you. If the missing item is the entire order, we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. If part of your order is missing, we will contact you and offer you an alternative item, a refund of the out of stock item, or full refund of your order.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@steamrocket.co.ukincluding images of the packaging and any damage to the item.
Returns
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your order. If you are not, or you change your mind for any reason, you have the right to cancel up to 14 days after receipt. Please let us know within this time on info@steamrocket.co.ukand we will provide a returns authorisation number and return details. Items must be returned unopened and in the same condition as received received, within 28 days. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 working days for payment providers to process into your account. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we advise you to use a tracked shipping method with insurance covering the value of the item.
If any item is faulty please let us know on info@steamrocket.co.uk and we will arrange for a refund or exchange at our cost.
Returns may take up to two business days to process from receipt. Refunds may take up to 10 working days for payment providers to process into your account.
